Saakashvili's detention lifted on the November 7 case

In the case of November 7, the measure of restraint imposed on the accused former President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, was canceled. The decision was made by the panel of judges - Lia Orkodashvili, Nino Elieshvili, and Maia Kokiashvili on the basis of the lawyers' motion.

At today's trial, Judge Nino Elieshvili clarified that the court does not see the need to use detention as a measure of restraint against Saakashvili. As for Zurab Adeishvili and Davit Kezerashvili, who are accused in this case, according to the judge, no new circumstances were presented to cancel the detention, due to which the detention was left unchanged.
