Tbilisi City Court will consider the case of detainees on the December 31 rally. The court will decide on existing video footage today.
The trial scheduled for 15:00.
Ten people were arrested at the rally in front of the Parliament on December 31. They were protesting against the removal of tents.
The investigation was launched under Articles 166 and 173 of the Administrative Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment or financial sanction of 15 days.
Five people arrested for administrative offenses are, Davit Mzhavanadze, Zuka Berdzenishvili, Beka Basilaia, Giorgi Mumladze and Beka Kokaia.
