Judge Nino Chakhnasvili has sentenced UNM head, Nika Melia, to imprisonment.
Ms Chakhnasvili has already announced the verdict.
The court has approved the prosecution's motion. The prosecution demanded that Nika Melia be sentenced to imprisonment, while the defense wanted the measure of restraint to be revoked.
