Zviad Kuprava, a member of the United National Movement, was detained at the 52nd polling station. He accused the chairperson of the election commission of rigging.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that Zviad Kuprava is charged under Articles 173 and 166 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which stipulate petty hooliganism and resistance to the police.
