Nodar Zhvania: Luck is necessary in our profession

First, there was the Zacharia Paliashvili music school, then the Tbilisi State Conservatory... After completing his studies in his home country, Nodar Zhvania continued his musical career in Germany, following great successes.

He says that along with talent in the musician profession, luck is also of great importance. He thinks he was lucky.

Today he is the director of the Zacharia Paliashvili music school; he graduated years ago. At the same time, he teaches at the Tbilisi State Conservatory.

"Going on stage is always exciting; the bigger the artist you are, the more you worry," says the 76-year-old musician, who today is happy to have a lot of talented students.
