Nutritionist: Four Tips for Healthy Eating

An Indian nutritionist has advised those who want to eat right but do not know how to approach a healthy lifestyle. According to the doctor, the most important thing is not to starve.

"Life has been given to you to live it happily. The main thing is not to eat unhealthy food," explained the dietitian.

The nutritionist called on everyone to abstain from alcohol or to reduce their intake. The recommendation includes that you should drink alcohol in a long and narrow glass and not in a short and wide one. Although the volume of fluid in them is the same, the human brain wants to estimate the size of vertical objects more. So we will drink less from a higher glass.

"Say no to semi-finished products, even though it is very convenient to prepare. Let them take only 10-20% of your diet," the doctor added.

In addition, the nutritionist urged people to place healthy foods in conspicuous places and hide harmful foods. This way, the diet will be much easier to manage.
