Opposition and the government agreed on the 2020 election system. Opposition leaders and the government shared information after their meeting in the residence of the US Ambassador.
According to representatives of the opposition parties and the ruling team, they agreed on a 120/30 model and a 1 percent barrier. They also agreed that the party which gets 40 percent of votes has the right to form the government.
Based on the meeting participants, a four-party memorandum has been signed on the agreed conditions.
