Georgian ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer Nika Gvaramia says that American lawyer John Sandweg will arrive from the US to Georgia to get involved in Mikheil Saakashvili's case.
''We are waiting for Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer, who is a consummate professional having held top posts in Obama's and Biden's administrations. He will be a main international speaker making his voice heard on the local and international levels on key issues from now on,'' Gvaramia declared.
Mikheil Saakashvili was detained on 1 October. He declared a hunger strike 28 days ago.
