Georgian Dream candidate Archil Chikovani has won in the second round of the Batumi municipal elections. He gained 51%, while his rival from the UNM, Giorgi Kirtadze, 48.9%.
All 105 electoral district polling station ballots have been counted.
The self-government elections were held in Georgia on Oct 30.
