Georgian Dream candidate Beka Vacharadze has won in the second round of the Poti municipal elections.
Vote percentages are as follows: Beka Vacharadze 57.35%, while his rival from the UNM, Gigi Ugulava 42.65%.
All 33 electoral district polling station ballots have been counted.
