Georgian fourth president Giorgi Margvelashvili said that Bidzina Ivanishvili and Giorgi Gakharia are in cahoots, with the agreement made that Gakharia's party will win the votes that Georgian Dream will lose.
''Georgian public is well aware of this as it was well aware when the similar case scenario unfolded under the UNM,'' the ex-president told TV Pirveli.
