According to the preliminary data posted on the website of the Central Election Commission, the candidate of the "Georgian Dream" Kakha Kaladze is leading in Tbilisi.
Preliminary data shows that Kakha Kaladze, the candidate of the Georgian Dream, has 56% of the votes, while the candidate of the National Movement, Nikanor Melia, has 43.9%.
According to the CEC, 153 (19.896%) out of 769 precincts are counted.
