David Eray, the Head of the mission deployed by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, said that no stark deviations have been detected on polling day in Georgia.
In Eray's words, they have visited 120 polling stations countrywide.''All in all, it was a peaceful day; only some polling station arrangement-related inconsistencies were detected,'' he said.
