"We are very proud that the United States was a partner of the Georgian Parliament in many areas where we saw progress," Elizabeth Rudd, the acting US Ambassador to Georgia, stated.
Elizabeth Rudd attended the presentation of the 2019 report on the activities of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee.
"The report focused on areas such as women's rights, children's rights, better protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as legislative work for victims of violence. We believe that the work under the leadership of the Parliament will continue," Rudd said.
