Foreign Minister of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani has congratulated Germany on the presidency of the Council of the European Union.
"Welcome EU Presidency 2020 in the midst of turbulent times for Europe and the world. Encouraged by continuous German interest in the success of the Eastern Partnership, we expect decisive six months for the Eastern Partners. We wish our friends another distinguished Presidency!," Zalkaliani tweeted.
