Gakharia: Democratic and European state is built this way

"In the runoff, I voted for the swift completion of the electoral process," Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia said after he cast his ballot during the second round of Georgia's parliamentary election for districts' representative MPs.

In Gakharia's words, all politicians need to take part in a constructive political process.

"All politicians, whom the Georgian voters expressed confidence in the first and second rounds, entrusted them with too great responsibility during the pandemic, should feel this responsibility, and the political process should move to a political format to parliament.

No matter how great the difference between us, we need to learn to negotiate with each other, take responsibility, and work together.... It is the way a democratic and European state is built," Georgian PM Gakharia said.
