Georgian Dream Chairperson Irakli Kobakhidze called UNM head Nika Melia a criminal and said that ''he is a far cry from a man.''
''I will not pay. You cannot catch me. You all remember how he spoke. You also remember that he actually refused to pay but was caught. No one managed to help him, however. Figuratively speaking, both Gvaramia and Gakharia failed to help him,'' Mr. Kobakhidze said in his speech in the parliament.
He also stated that the UNM will sign the document by Charles Michel.
