Georgian Dream Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze says that if former PM Giorgi Gakharia decides to run for the mayor, he will fail to win more votes than the UNM.
''The UNM has sufficient resources to win around 20% of votes, and for the third candidate, it will prove difficult to win more votes,'' the GD chairman said.
