According to the Kutaisi Electoral District Commission, 2,396 self-government election ballot papers were declared invalid in Georgia's Kutaisi municipality.
The Commission Chairwoman Larina Laliashvili says that 69,871 voters cast ballots in the runoff elections, with 34,935 voting for Georgian Dream candidate Ioseb Khakhaleishvili and 32,703 for UNM candidate Khatia Dekanoidze.
