Georgian FM: NATO has no plans to reconsider its positions concerning Georgia

Georgian FM Davit Zalkaliani said after his phone talk with NATO Deputy Secretary-General Mircea Geoană that the issue of Georgia always being raised at high-level meetings and public talks indicate that cooperation and partnerships with Georgia for its allies are critical.

In the minister's words, in his phone conversation with the NATO Deputy Secretary-General, they meticulously discussed the European security-related negotiations between Russia and Georgia's allies from NATO. 

''I was once again assured by the NATO Deputy Secretary-General that NATO has no plans to reconsider its positions concerning Georgia,'' Zalkaliani stressed.
