Georgian Foreign Minister Davit Zalkaliani and his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov have discussed issues of COVID-19 and anti-virus measures by the two governments during a phone conversation. They also expressed their gratitude to each other for mutual assistance in hard times.
