The Parliament of Georgia will hold extra sessions on January 4-5. It will examine the amnesty bill on the second hearing.
Under the bill, amnesty will apply to lower-category crimes.
A person will be set free from the criminal responsibility if he/she is not previously judged; or agrees with the amnesty or/and the convict/accused compensates the loss after he/she committed the crime.
The Parliament will examine the amendments to the Tax Code about the allowances amidst the pandemic.
