The Human Rights Center is set to observe local self-government elections of 2 Oct 2021 in Georgia's three regions _ Kakheti, Kvemo Kartli, and Imereti.
The elections may be observed within the framework of the projects supported by the Open Society and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation.
The monitoring envisages both the observation of the pre-election developments and the election day monitoring.
