The Georgian Dream ruling party has elected Irakli Kobakhidze as the chairperson.
All the party delegates voted in favor of him.
Kakha Kaladze became the party secretary-general, while Vasil Maglaperidze was appointed the Deputy Chairperson.
About 400 delegates attended the gathering. They approved the new political council.
