Tbilisi mayoral candidate Kakha Kaladze says that the opposition's statement saying that the second round of elections will be held is a bluff.
''However, I can understand them. How can they say that we will win in the very first round? In this case, everything will seem pointless,'' Kaladze said, adding that the public's disposition makes him believe the Georgian Dream will win in the very first round.
