Kaladze says he will meet required threshold for victory in first round

International observers keep holding meetings with Georgian politicians.

Tbilisi mayoral candidate Kakha Kaladze ended his meeting with international observers a while ago. In his words, the meeting was extremely productive and important. He also said that runoff will not be held.

''In general, the more international observers are in Georgia on election day, the better. These elections are paramount. The public wants to know what the city will look like for the next four years.

I discussed the issue with them and said that I would win in the very first round,'' Kakha Kaladze said after the meeting.
