"Urban renewal does not only mean an ordered infrastructure but new opportunities for the transition to a qualitatively new development stage", candidate Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Irakli Karseladze said at a meeting of parliamentary committees.
In his words, 2020 was a fruitful year in terms of spatial arrangement.
"This year, we expect the approval of the general plan of Tskhaltubo. At the same time, work is underway on the Kutaisi general plan," Karseladze said.
