United Opposition Tbilisi mayoral candidate Nika Melia says the opposition is winning in the local elections.
Melia noted that the most important thing now is that the citizens, who have not yet made their choice, went to the polling stations and voted for the candidates they wanted.
"Now the main thing is to go in the remaining 4 hours and take part in completing the most important process in modern history," Melia said.
