Oppositionist says Zurabishvili's process of reconciliation not aims to defuse political crisis

Girchi _ More Freedom opposition party leader Zurab Japaridze said after meeting with Georgian president Salome Zurabishvili that the process of reconciliation initiated by her does not aim to defuse or resolve the existing political crisis in Georgia or pardon ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili.

Japaridze stressed that the public has been deluded, and, actually, the process does not envisage any kind of negotiations or agreements between the ruling and opposition parties.

''They are talking about an all-encompassing process that may last for years,'' Japaridze concluded.
