A protest rally has started on Freedom square in Tbilisi. Protesters demand that ex-President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili be released from police custody.
Citizens from Georgia's different regions have also joined the rally.
Part of protesters says that they plan to stay in Tbilisi before Saakashvili enjoys freedom.
Traffic flow is blocked on Republic Square at this point.
