Left-wing parties and their adherents are now rallying outside the Central Election Commission building.
Rally participants are holding placards and banners with the pictures of Tamar Zhvania, Kakha Kaladze, Bidzina Ivanishvili, Mamuka Mdinaradze, and Irakli Kobakhidze on them and chanting that the 31 October parliamentary elections have been rigged in Georgia. They want the CEC to be reorganized and new elections held.
