According to the information provided by Information Agency Res, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, congratulated the de-Facto president of so-called South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, with the New Year and promised future deepening of the cooperation.
“We managed to implement many projects in the last period. I hope that the cooperation will continue and deepen in the future”, - reads Putin’s letter.
