Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order to open the so-called border with the occupied territory of Tskhinvali.
According to Russian media, the reason for the decision is to allow the ships' crew to rotate.
The so-called border between Russia and occupied Tskhinvali got closed on April 13 due to a coronavirus pandemic.
