The third President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, has released a video address and states that he is already in Batumi.
"This is my Batumi. We must all go to the elections and vote for the "National Movement." If you do not like the National Movement, vote for relatively small parties. I missed this place so much. Today is the day my dream came true," Saakashvili says.
Before publishing the video, Saakashvili wrote on the social network that he was already in Georgia.
