"We are starting civil disobedience movement," Shalva Natelashvili, the Leader of the Georgian Labour Party commented on the verdict by the Supreme Court on Gigi Ugulava's case. In his words, the judge has handed down an unfair verdict, and it cannot be left without counteraction.
"We have no other way out of this standstill. We must terminate all negotiations and consultations with the bloodthirsty regime of Ivanishvili and must begin civil disobedience," Natelashvili declared.
The Supreme Court has sentenced Gigi Ugulava to three years and two months in prison.
