There are changes at Tbilisi City Hall, Andria Basilaia took over the post of the head of the Municipal Department for Urban Development.
Until now, Giorgi Ebanoidze held this position, and Basilaia headed the Economic Development Service.
It is unknown who will be the head of the Economic Development Service.
