Representatives of the occupation forces illegally detained two Georgian citizens near the occupied village of Lopani, Khashuri Municipality. The State Security Service spreads the information.
According to the agency, from the moment of illegal detention, there is constant communication through the "hotline." The EUMM and the Co-Chairs of the Geneva Discussions have been informed.
"The State Security Service, together with its international partners, is actively involved in the ongoing activities for the immediate release of Georgian citizens.
Illegal detentions significantly complicate the occupation line and the security environment in the occupied territories and endanger the daily lives of locals. The Russian Federation is fully responsible for the illegal detentions," mentions the information spread by the State Security Service.
