In the village of Gugutiantkari, the Gori Municipality, controlled by the Georgian Government, de facto Tskhinvali has illegally installed border fences.
"The so-called barbed wires are being replaced by so-called border fences, which is part of so-called "borderization." The State Security Service has activated its hotline and informed the European Union Monitoring Mission. It is noteworthy that the State Security Service cannot discuss this issue within the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism(IPRM) as the access to it was denied at the decision of the occupation forces on 29 August 2019," the State Security Service says.
