Aleko Elisashvili, the leader of the Citizen party, says that unless political prisoners are released, he will never take his parliamentary mandate.
"I am waiting for them to deliver on their promise. Unless political prisoners are freed, I will never step inside the parliament," Elisashvili told the Main Channel.
