UNM member Tsalenjikha mayoral candidate Archil Chikovani, who has won 51% of votes according to the preliminary tally, told journalists that the coalition government would be a lever to create self-governance in which nepotism and corruption would have no room.
Mr. Kharchilava thanked Tsalenjikha residents, saying that each citizen there will be involved in the ruling process and building the municipality. ''The coalition government has been formed here,'' he stressed.
