The UNM talking about prisoners' rights is embarrassing, according to Georgian Dream Chairman Mamuka Mdinaradze.
''They even made up some new terms such as pharmacological torture. We have witnessed actual torture before 2012. We will soon be asking if an inmate is upset should we take him to prison. I have no answer. Why not ask in Europe? If they give us a serious response, we will discuss the issue seriously,'' Mamuka Mdinaradze declared.
