Volodymyr Zelensky: Ukraine and Georgia share a common goal

"Ukraine and Georgia share a common goal of becoming full members of the European Union and NATO," the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about it on the official Twitter page.

"I discussed the Euro-Atlantic aspirations of Ukraine and Georgia with the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili. Our countries share a common goal of becoming full members of the European Union and NATO. Energy security was also discussed. We agreed to make this issue a priority for future cooperation," he writes.

The Ukrainian leader also noted that the common task of Ukraine and Georgia is to strengthen friendly ties and strategic partners.

The visit of the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, took place in Kyiv today, on June 23.
