“We have won!” – Georgian PM Giorgi Gakharia stated after the exit poll results became available.
He thanked the Georgian citizens that cast their ballots today.
He praised the elections, saying Georgia has conducted ‘exemplary, free, transparent and democratic elections.’
In Gakharia’s words, Georgia made the world see that it is a part of the European civilization.
“Thanks to all – the Central Election Commission, international partners, and police,’’ he said.
“The official results are not available yet, but we know that today the Georgian citizens who want to see Georgia’s progress and peaceful European choice have won,’’ Gakharia said.
