Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said that ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili is an offender, and he must serve his term.
''When it comes to Mikheil Saakashvili, we must come to terms with one thing: he is an offender, and he will have to spend time behind bars. An investigation of other cases is in progress, and we should wait for the decision of the corresponding agencies,'' Kakha Kaladze declared.
