Representatives of the Tskhinvali region regime detained a man, 60atAkhalubani village of the Gori region. The detained is Jumber, Psitidze, a local herdsman. He was together with two co-villagers when people in uniform approached and arrested him. Two others managed to escape running. The details are investigated.
