Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia recorded 113 new cases of the novel coronavirus in a single day after 476 people were tested.
A total of 118 patients are now under treatment at Gudauta hospital, 26 patients with severe COVID-19.
The region has so far registered 3,952 cases, 1,474 recoveries and 36 deaths.
