The government of India distributes 5 million masks among the school students due to hazardous air pollution level in New-Delhi. The emergency situation is announced in the city. All construction works were temporarily stopped.
Air pollution was caused by several reasons including the smoke resulted from the fire set by farmers to clean their territories; massive fireworks blown up during the recent Diwali Festival; and the factories’ smoke.
