Head of Chokhatauri cathedral, deacon Toma Sikharulidze, has reportedly died of coronavirus.
Head of Shemokmedi diocese press office, Basil Gogitishvili, said that the deacon tested positive for coronavirus a month ago. In his words, the virus caused lots of complications, and the deacon could not survive.
