Anti-Namakhvani HPP protesters have blocked Heroes Square (Geo: Gmirta Moedani) in Tbilisi.
Rally participants have held a march from the Tbilisi Concert Hall to Heroes Square.
Blocked roads have resulted in suspended traffic flow. Police officers are reportedly on the rally site.
The anti-Namakhvani rally has been underway for three days now in Tbilisi.
Following protests on the Rose Revolution Square in Tbilisi, anti-Namakhvani protesters plan to return to the Rioni gorge and stage rallies there.
