For International Women's Day, public transport in Batumi and Kutaisi will serve women free of charge on March 8.
In Telavi, municipal transport will be free for all passengers.
March 8 has been marked since the 1950ies.
The holiday received the official status of "International Women's Day" by the UN's decision in 1975.
